Terms.
These terms govern your use of the framebright.ai marketing site. Commercial AEGIS licensing terms are negotiated separately at the partner level and supersede anything on this page.
Marketing-site terms
The framebright.ai marketing site is provided as informational content. Methodology descriptions, demonstration widgets, performance figures, and architectural diagrams reflect the state of AEGIS as of the page's last update; specific behavior under contract is governed by the licensing agreement, not by the marketing copy.
You may link to framebright.ai pages, quote excerpts in good faith, and reference our methodology research with attribution. You may not republish entire pages, scrape demonstration widgets at high frequency, or claim affiliation with FrameBright that does not exist. Trademarks (FrameBright, AEGIS, ParentProof, Good Ventures Lab) are the property of their respective holders.
Demonstration widgets
The interactive demonstrations on framebright.ai (nine-lane scanner, adversarial comparison, deployment-mode chooser, generative-gaming seed engine, gameboard simulator) are illustrative. They are designed to communicate how AEGIS classifies content, not to deliver a production classification service over the public internet. Verdicts shown in marketing demos are representative; the production engine's output under contract is governed by the licensing terms agreed with the partner.
Do not use demonstration widgets as a real classifier. If you need a production classification surface, contact us via /contact/ to discuss licensing.
Inquiries and accounts
Submitting an inquiry through the contact form, or creating an account via the sign-in surface (Clerk), means you agree to receive responses from FrameBright that further the licensing or partnership conversation you have initiated. We will not enroll you in unrelated marketing email without explicit opt-in.
Accounts created on framebright.ai are provided for partner relationship management (licensing-conversation history, NDA portal access, evaluation-environment access). Account misuse, including credential sharing across organizational boundaries, is grounds for revocation.
Licensing terms (commercial)
Commercial AEGIS licensing terms are negotiated under written agreement at the partner level. Four standard licensing paths exist (ISP, OEM, router, enterprise), each with its own commercial shape, integration effort, performance contract, and audit posture. Marketing-site references to those paths are descriptions, not offers; the binding terms are in the licensing agreement.
If you are evaluating AEGIS, the standard sequence is: initial conversation (no NDA), technical evaluation (under NDA), pilot deployment (under licensing letter of intent), and production licensing (full agreement). Each stage has its own terms; the marketing site does not bypass them.
Disclaimers
The marketing site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that demonstration widgets will be error-free or available continuously. We do not warrant that AEGIS as deployed by a partner will exhibit the specific verdicts shown in the marketing demos; the production engine's behavior is governed by the licensing agreement and the partner's own deployment configuration.
To the extent permitted by law, FrameBright is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketing site. Disputes related to the marketing site are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Updates
If we change these terms materially, we will note the change at the top of this page and timestamp the previous version. The current version is dated 2026-04-26.
